This event helps us mark the first Sunday of the Advent season. We will again be in community with St. George’s Episcopal Church and Germantown Presbyterian Church as co-hosts of this moving act of faith. We will start at St. George’s, then proceed to GUMC, and finally move to Germantown Presbyterian.

Children’s Choirs Christmas Concert & Plum Pudding
December 8 at 5pm in the Sanctuary
A GUMC tradition! Children require really one thing from us, our love. That love can be manifested by your presence and support of their efforts. This event isn’t just for mom, dad, and grandparents. Neighbors, teachers, aunts and uncles, too, may be invited!

Another GUMC seasonal tradition, this event features our Chancel Choir, Chamber Orchestra, Matins Handbells, and our congregation, as we share in numerous carol settings throughout the evening. This year, we will add our children’s choirs, youth choir, and special guests—members of the music program at Forest Hill Elementary School, led by our own Prism Music Director, Mr. Peter Simons.
